About Me

I’ve spent many years coaching, volunteering, and helping run grassroots sports clubs, so I understand the time, commitment and pressure that volunteers take on. Clubs rely on people who give their energy freely, often juggling family life, work, and everything in between - and I’ve been there myself.

As a parent, I know how important it is that children have access to safe, welcoming and inspiring clubs. As a sportsman, I’ve seen first‑hand the positive impact that community sport has on wellbeing, confidence and belonging.

That’s why I created Kynstra: to support clubs with the tasks and responsibilities that can feel overwhelming or time‑consuming, whether you need help for a short project or ongoing guidance. My goal is simple — to make life easier for volunteers and help clubs focus on what they do best.
